i'm denise, currently 21, ushering in the largest church in Singapore.. loving the people as well as the atmosphere there. love pink, cosplaying, taking pictures, watching movies, shopping and of cause spending time with dear!
anyways, wanted to blog like forever, but keep forgetting.. because too busy or just too tired...but anyways i have nothing but good news to share.. or should i say great news?i went for my usual medical appointment in the morning today.. was another doctor, because the one which i visited went on holiday or what.. forgot la... so he reviewed the urine and blood test, and he said was normal.. my vital organs are all okay, and no trace of lupus in my blood system and all those... meaning that the disease is only active on my face, but not my blood system. i was so happy when i heard that... and then he also told me that i've been seeing them for about 5 years le, ever since i was diagnosed with the disease, so everything major that could happen would have happen within that time span. like flares, condition deteoriating like that...
so he said the chance of anthing major happening would be lesser, but not 0%.. so must be on my guard, so that if anything happen, i would be prepared la.. hee hee... but im glad that the worst is finally over.. just that i have to take a steroid jab once a month.. which seriously sucks to the max.. but at least i can see improvement on my face la... not that red as when i was first diagnosed.. haha.. so yeah.. it's really great news la... hee...
and another great news is that we got our new land! we meaning my church.. have been waiting since 2004 ever since i joined CHC.. still wondering where is the location tho... haa...will only know in march.. but is a 12k seater hall.. totally excited.. when Pastor Kong told us the news, i was elated.. i cried when they broke the news to us... they even revealed to us the locations as to where they considered... from the east to the west to the north.. haha... even saw lands that i didn't know of.. oops... but i'm really glad that we have finally gotten our land.. and we can all worship together in one location.. but it also means that we need more ushers, security personals, back up vocalists, singers, choir members and stuf... and i can't wait for that to happen! oh yeah!but i am still wondering where would be our new building.. haha.. well, just have to wait till March i suppose.;.. haha...
